Our fulfillment team will process your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Australia:
1. FREE Standard: We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia. This may take 2 to 8 business days. The minimum order should be more than $49.00.
It may take 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be updated for your order. Please do not contact support before five business days.
2. Express 1-3 Business Days (Recommended): The default rate is $7.99 and once shipped your order will arrive within approx. 1-3 business days. The minimum order should be more than $49.00. We use frustration-free packaging for all Express orders.
Please note some remote areas are challenging to deliver parcels within three business days(99% parcels get delivered within 3 business days); it may take a little longer. Thank you for your understanding!
3. Standard (2 to 8 business days, FREE shipping > $49): The default shipping rate is $6.99 if the total order value is between $20 and $49. This may take up to 8 business days.
New Zealand:
1. Standard: We offer standard shipping to New Zealand. The default rate is AUD 11.99. This may take 10 to 12 business days. The shipping time can be checked here.
2. Express (Recommended): The default rate is AUD 16.99 and once shipped your order will arrive within approx. 5-7 business days. The shipping time can be checked here.
